Silani Vintage Oud

This isn't any Silani batch. This is a vintage batch curated for the UAE, we're rather gracious it has come to us now. Take a look at instagram and the like and you'll see plenty of oud batches out there from Sri Lanka. 

The connoisseurs will recall the aroma of batches in years gone by, they offered something a little more than the contemporary batches we see today. Giving this batch an individual name would detract from the character and class it delivers when heated in our homes. To pay homage to this great oud producing region, we feel its best to let the origin and aroma do all the talking, which is why we've kept the name simple and description simple. 

The origin is no other than Sri Lanka and the aroma can be best described as an aquatic opening paired with a honey and roasted peanut like aroma. An attempt to describe this aroma with words would simply come short, which is why we can recommend nothing else other than trying this great wood!
